Dental practice consulting, side by side with your team.

Briteway reviews how your office runs, gives you a written plan, then works with your team to put it in place. We bring more than ten years of experience in dental practice management and consulting to practices in Ontario.

How we work with a dental practice

Every engagement follows the same five steps, whichever service you start with.

  1. Complimentary consultation

Tell us what is happening in your practice. The first conversation is free.

  2. Practice review

A detailed review of your office to understand its strengths and pinpoint what needs attention.

  3. Written report

A clear report outlining the challenges we observed.

  4. Solution plan

Clear priorities and next steps, shaped around your situation and your team’s capabilities.

  5. Work alongside your team

On-site visits and hands-on support while the plan is put in place.

What stays the same in every engagement

  • Your practice, not a template

Every plan starts with a review of your office and is written for your situation.

  • Your team does it with us

We build on the people you already have and work side by side with them.

  • Everything in writing

You receive a report, a solution plan, and the systems and documents behind them.

  • Follow-through is tracked

New processes come with a way to check they are still being used.
